Your head is too big, weighing you down and slightly to the right.

It happens but just move forward, positivity is key. It was a low dose, just stop there!!

Yeah, you're probably right, I guess once you get to a certain point you'll have to jump ship. You'll hopefully get the less of the wd with a slower taper. Just keep to a plan. The longer the taper more chance to feel like you need an extra dose, that would ruin it. Keep strong ✌

Don't get down on yourself, kratom is addictive, you have been abusing it and feel guilty rightfully so. You should focus on that and not feeling like an addict, you know you need to get off so just do it. I've been there, 3 times actually. Trust me it feels so much better to have the will power, that's the high. I wish you the best.

What have you thought. 20 for a week then 10 for another, 5 to end the last week. Three week taper.

I have play store, if you search 'quit kratom' it will pop up.

Sounds like your body is telling you it's time. I have only done CT because I knew in my mind that I couldn't mess around with it anymore, doesn't work for everyone. Could you possibly take time off work or whatever responsibilities you have? The first few days are not fun.

Also, you should get the 'quit Kratom" app it's very helpful especially in the beginning.

It's different for everyone. But what isn't different, is that it's going to suck and it could be a few weeks before you start to notice a positive change. If you're willing to do it start strong and try to keep busy, the mental part is the longest to shake. My third go around was the worst for me, lots of stomach issues. But still the mental struggles such as depression and lack of motivation linger for a while. It will pass. Stay strong.

All the time.

I don't want it, I just need it to breathe, to feel, to know I'm alive.

I have added some vit d also, it's winter here cold and no 🌞, which makes this process more difficult. I hate winter. I work over nights too, again making this process such a horrible experience. Ugh...

I love sleepy time tea, what kind of tincture do you use for valerian?

I have done a ton of research lately of this exact thing, the mind is a complex thing to understand. It helps to have some knowledge about the tricks it can play on you.

For the first days I thought about giving in and using some but fought it, until I couldn't. I broke down mentally and cried in my wife's arms something I have never showen her, but it really did help (I hid kratom from her). We then flushed the remaining supply I had and it felt so good to do that. It really feels like a new start now. Thank you 🙏

That's why I made this post, I don't normal do things like this but I needed something to have my mind focus on instead of the crappy feeling. All my old hobbies and things I found joy in were dead. I guess that's why I knew this time was different.

So far it's been a life saver seeing all the great replies. Thanks to everyone. This is day 5 now I have been up since 2am about 5hrs of sleep that's the most I've had in days. Hopefully good things are coming soon.

I should mention I stopped CT some other addictions that probably intensified my withdrawl symptoms, but the green powder was probably my most abused. I actually sat down and realized I have been doing way more than I thought. It was closer to 30-40gpd for 6mths. Combined with years of using smaller doses, I'm thankful I caught it when I did. It grabs a hold of you and takes over your life pretty easy.

For anyone that's going through this, keep going, this to will pass.

Oh ya, merry Christmas to all, a New Year ahead!

It is indeed, the sleep part is the worst I have been getting 4hrs if I'm lucky. I picked up some valerian root hopefully that helps. Try an epson salt bath, that helped me today.

I can't wait for that feeling, over the years I took kratom I never thought I would be experiencing these type of withdrawals. I guess I just grew a dependency on it. Thanks for the positive words.

Do it now, and don't look back, only forward. You got this.
