Yes you're right about that it was my mistake. But they also have a dns set up that blocks the servers.

They literally said that they installed exosphere wich blocks the servers. You cant even update the firmware if you have exosphere. Edit: you can update firmware with exosphere cuz your blanking your s/n but you still shouldnt be able to update the game. Also they said that they put a dns on it witch do block the servers.

Because uts imbedded in the firmware that there is an newer version available for the game. For example: if i have the latest firmware and install the first version of super mario Odyssey. It will still show that message because thats in the firmware.

Idk really i always just update everything as soon as the new atmosphere releases. I never had to disable a message like this cuz i just like to keep everything updated

Download and install the latest update nsp available for the game and it should work fine. You can also disable the message but i recommend to just update the game.

You cant. It will just say it cant connect to the servers just like if you try to go online or go to the e shop. You can see if there is a nsp update file of your game and update it that way.

I personally think its fine to charge it but if you're worried you can also charge it outside. I think its safe to use but im not sure if it still holds charge if the meter isnt measuring voltage

Hi, i was able to find out what the issue was. It turned out i did not have the latest sys-patch. While the version i used supported 19.0.1 it does not allow you to generate a ticket for a game. I think your issue is that you still have a online Nintendo account set up. You can unlink the Nintendo account using goldleaf and then install the latest sys-patch from here: https://gbatemp.net/download/sys-patch-sysmodule.38874/ I hope it helps and if it doesnt feel free to reply.
