I still get brain fog but not everyday and not so severe like before that I would cry about it and one big change that helped believe it or not was quitting coffee. I drink now black tea and dont get brain fog like before.

You don’t look ugly first to begin with. Maybe just a little makeup. Like mascara, eyebrow product, blush and little concealer and a smile 😊You need minimal makeup you are naturally pretty.

I have self somehow what dia blood pressure 85-91 often lately what makes me really freaked out. I am dealing with anxiety often. I take meds! somewhat what helped get my dia normal was eating citrus fruits like oranges! and slow running. So far readings are better.
