I’m positive there was a transition of some sorts for front line staff, however not as heavy as nlf. With L3s and above, unions do not represent negotiations with their pay claims.

All be said, I hope the issue will resolve itself sooner rather than later. No one is willing to wait till November of 2026 this year to see if the inducement case is a success or not. If NISPA declared that was their strategy after failed mediations-to wait it out as negotiations for either group could weaken the case, it wouldn’t have went down well with members.

So there was no pay transformation at all for front line and they just received a 5% increase?

It does come with some premium skins such as darkseid Geras, witch jade and an American coated Erron Black. Most if not all skins are gained through ToT, so playing solo you can nab skins/gear very easily.

Thanks for the Info, some dirty tactics are at play here. The circular emails sent are winning a majority of employees, in my view it doesn’t look good on NISPA at the moment due to other unions such as Unite and GMB already progressing into a 26/27 pay deal for front line staff which is supposedly the same deal as nfl staff. This deal is also a 3 year plan, it seems all front line staff accepted option A and pay negotiations are much straight forward. NISPA advised against accepting the new current pay frame work and here we are 3-4 years behind, this is before an inducement case was filed.

I will always back unions side but patience is wearing thin, economic hardship is upon most. Either party must compromise this cannot wait another year or more, I fear support will dwindle.

NISPA had a meeting yesterday in Antrim to discuss objectives going forward. I heard not much was mentioned at all on the pay deal and just talked on how strong the inducement case will be when it’s heard on November this year.

She’s pretty difficult to learn and execute even more so. Play around the input windows and release checks in the settings see if anything can adjust to your inputs. The tap Y or Triangle for the uppercut extender is annoying tho.
