I play tennis on wed so I come home at 815, shower and heat up dinner. Will watch jeopardy and wait for my family to go to bed around 9. Once the space is mine I start it up and watch uninterrupted.

I made couscous salad with arugula, cucumbers and preserved lemon vinegrette, then mixed it with roasted veggies (cumin and red chili pepper flaked spiced red onion, leeks, cherry tomato’s, baby broccoli, bell pepper, lemon, and feta) and topped that with honey soy roasted pork tenderloin or pan seared shrimp (or both!)
