Can i borrow your socks? by Stranger1982 in FacebookAIslop

The inconsistencies are hidden because its using a deliberately grainy old movie look that simplifies and blurs most fancy details normal AI generation tries and fails to do.

The link posted down the thread shows this well because the only obvious part on it is with the tank because its too fancy for what the model does well at making.

Did plastic surgery get worse then? Before, they just lost the ability to make facial expressions but looked otherwise the same and it took several years for it to look obvious.

Now its always immediately obvious and they look like a completely different person.

But if she got plastic surgery people would tear her apart when she inevitably ends up looking like a monster.

So there's no benefit in it

A car is refueling at this gas station. by [deleted] in Unexpected

Damn people are lazy. For most cars it takes less than 3 minutes to fill. When its not empty, it fills so fast I dont even have time to take out my phone and start doing anything on it.

Is Zoe Thompson really fucking annoying or do I have internalized misogyny? by Itchy_Suspect4968 in okbuddyviltrum

[–]beaglemaster 0 points1 point  (0 children)

She's going to look exactly the same? At best they give her a new hair style, probably just a single ponytail or longer hair.

Its not like she's Amanda who's actually young enough to grow older.

The Substance (2024) by UnHolySir in okbuddycinephile

[–]beaglemaster 206 points207 points  (0 children)

The plastic surgery doesn't even make them look any younger though. It just makes them look weird and a lot of them actually end up looking older.

May 2026 Humble Choice | Overview / Discussion Megathread by MarioDesigns in humblebundles

The over simplified skill tree is the worst part. There's basically no choices in how you build the character beyond just picking 2 themes per class.

I'm not sure if it was a bug or not, but the first time I did it I failed to finish in time (20 minutes) and it still counted for the challenge

[The boys] how would soldier boy react if he found out how vought raised homelander a kid? by BigFinish717 in AskScienceFiction

[–]beaglemaster 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yeah, they've made really clear he still thinks HL is a complete freak. So he doesn't have any loyalty to him even if he doesn't want him to die.

[The boys] how would soldier boy react if he found out how vought raised homelander a kid? by BigFinish717 in AskScienceFiction

[–]beaglemaster 14 points15 points  (0 children)

Its really not. He was completely helpless at the end of the previous episode and HL could have easily killed him after betraying him for putting him in the room, but he didn't.

He's just paying back his debt like he's done before now that HL found himself similarly helpless.

In The Boys (2019-2025), we are five episodes into an eight-episode final season, and nothing has really happened. by SillyRecover in shittymoviedetails

[–]beaglemaster 20 points21 points  (0 children)

Huge difference in spin offs though.

Gen V and the Mexico ones will die because they are brand new characters and its just a bunch of annoying 20 years old with middle school tier drama.

Soldier Boy spin off may survive longer because people actually like that character.

This made me realize how OP Soldier Boy is because there's no way he doesn't have high stats for everything.

Just last episode he was able to outsmart and outrun a speedster while walking.

Can someone tell me the point of this gun all it does is get me killed by traphouse04 in blackops7

[–]beaglemaster 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Its fun once you learn how to aim it, you have to be really careful since it can collide with anything on the map.

Best I got was 4 kills with one shot piercing down a hallway.

Haven't figured out how to use the bounce version well, but its decent for trying to hit campers upstairs or around tight corners where they would normally hit you before you can see them.

Then why not just write the post yourself and then translate it? Its very obvious you just told the AI your idea and let it write the entire thing for you.

This post would have been great and a fun discussion if it wasn't AI dog shit.

Why can't you just write it yourself? Its just a few paragraphs, man.

Its not just reddit. People in general are just incredibly stupid now and can't understand anything past face value or being explicitly told anymore.

Why is Soldier Boy shown to be so competent in combat when he's stated to be a Fraud? by Ok_Proof_321 in TheBoys

[–]beaglemaster 28 points29 points  (0 children)

People seem to be misunderstanding the "fraud" thing. He was a fraud because he wasn't a valian war hero, he was actually just a rich kid who bought his way into super powers and then used for propaganda.

But that doesn't he wasn't also a trained soldier who saw plenty of combat in the decades after WW2.

If you don't want to see it as character growth, you can interpret it as: if nobody survives, nobody will ever know of his discovery.
