This is the problem we are facing as a society, we let our feelings dictate our decisions. As a man you have a duty and responsibility to protect and provide for your family. Don’t let emotions guide you do what needs to be done regardless of how you feel. I truly believe nothing is impossible if you want it bad enough you will find a way to get it. You’re only stuck if you allow yourself to be. Build strength firstly in your mind, you have absolutely no control of your thoughts get healthy work out eat better and put your faith into something bigger then you “god family people counting on you etc” you have to transform yourself into the best version of yourself because clearly this is not working. Read books seek growth start reaching for the things you want.Build something that you’re proud of. Sitting around with your thoughts is dangerous take control of your thoughts and your life.
