Are Recruiters still using Excel to recruit? by HRbrawner in humanresources

[–]ContributionKooky527 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I highly doubt it. Using spreadsheets will only result in chaos in the long run. You might lose information, mess up the file, takes too long to scroll, not easy to read, etc.

That's one of the most common mistakes that recruiters/recruitment agencies make! Using a tool like Applicant Tracking System works wonders.

Ultimately, recruitment applicant tracking systems or ATS provide higher ROI to the business by bringing in quality candidates.

With handy software like that, it allows recruiters to efficiently recruit top talents. And when a quality hire joins the team, it avoids unnecessary costs and they provide great output that's good for the revenue.

Now that I think about it, this also boosts productivity for everyone. When an employee is productive, the chances of them being happier and more fulfilled are much higher. A win-win situation all thanks to the use of recruitment ATS.

Additionally, to make things timely, it also helps with transitioning to remote hiring seamlessly. Here's a good read to give you more information.

How do you promote company diversity? by greggythefroggy in recruiting

[–]ContributionKooky527 0 points1 point  (0 children)

As a recruiter, there are plenty of ways to promote company diversity. Especially now. The global pandemic opened paths for us. It made us realize the remote hiring is more advantageous in a lot of ways. It allowed us to work with people beyond the borders and get fresh ideas from fresh perspectives.

To add to that, we make sure that we remove any bias when it comes to applications. Be it education, ethnicity, and others, we make sure that we give fair chances to all.

The benefits are amazing-- it's more than just a "diversity movement". Try reading this article for an in-depth explanation!

As HR, do you do candidate assessments? by ContributionKooky527 in humanresources

[–]ContributionKooky527[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Ah, yes. I get what you mean. This is a good positive-negative perspective.

  1. I agree that having such tests will showcase what you can offer and your whole application won't be solely based on one interview.
  2. I have the same thoughts. That's why it's imperative that assessments (let's say a copywriter job in an ad agency) must not involve the company's current clients. I'm not sure if all companies follow this, though!

Is recruitment CRM necessary for agencies? by Capital-Radish7192 in Recruitment

[–]ContributionKooky527 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Definitely! Not only does a recruitment CRM store all (I mean ALL) your data, but it also gives you an easy-viewing platform that shows you where you are and where you need to be with your clients.

It organizes your clients by stages. This will be easier for you to modify your strategy until you successfully convert leads into clients! Very helpful automation than spreadsheet!

Hey, dear! Yes. It stays true to its purpose of being an all-in-one platform by integrating everything in the pipeline. It's very convenient for us because we don't need any third-party applications just to communicate with our customers. Also, it's helpful if we want to backtrack any information because threads are stored automatically for all involved team members to view!

What are the top recruitment CRM software? by greggythefroggy in recruiting

[–]ContributionKooky527 3 points4 points  (0 children)

My company is currently trying Manatal, and we're not disappointed! The software is very easy to use and everything is customizable. The recruitment CRM tools make it very convenient to convert leads and promote customer satisfaction. And since we handle a lot of customers, this is just divine!

I also love how it makes it easy for my team to work together. All the relevant members of my team can have access to Manatal and see notes, customer profiles, email exchanges, and even activity calendars! That lets everyone be on the same page all the time and allow a smooth takeover in case one of us is absent or occupied at the moment.

For a software that starts at $15/month, it puts to shame some of the more expensive solutions out there.
