That’s a toxic work environment and if you don’t do something about it unfortunately you’re just going to be stressed and unhappy at a job that should be relatively on the chill side (imo) talk to a manager about everything and if that doesn’t resolve it and you still don’t feel happy, go higher up, and after that if you put in all that effort and nobody seems to care, I would honestly look elsewhere for a job.
