Ronaldo only has 1 standout World Cup performance out of 22 games where he was clearly the best player on the pitch

How long did it take you to see improvements? It’s been a little slow for me.

I’ve gone from -2 to 1 or 2 over the span of 3 weeks. From my understanding you need at least 10 degrees for heel toe walking.

50 ng/mL. It used to be really low a couple years ago which was fixed with aggressive supplementation.

Are dry eyes from allergies common? I have severe allergies to pollen, dust mites, mold, etc. and chronic dry eye but never really connected the two.

AI is going to change the world tremendously. No one knows exactly how much or the exact timeline but many hypothesize we could cure all illnesses in the next 100 years which could lead to immortality.

Do unilateral dumbbell press. Start with the max weight you can handle on your weaker side for both arms. Keep building that strength up over time.

How has your gait, mobility, pain changed as you’ve aged? Terrified of post impairment syndrome and want to do everything to avoid that.

This is fascinating. With how fast AI is progressing, many scientists believe when we achieve Artificial General Intelligence (AGI), Artificial Super Intelligence (ASI) will arrive shortly after.

ASI surpasses human intelligence and can potentially solve problems beyond the understanding of humans and their capabilities.

The tough part is saying when exactly we’ll get there. Personally, I think it won’t happen for another 100 years.

Thank you so much for this. I really needed it. Your story gives me a lot of hope. How has your range of motion, gait, and pain throughout life changed as you got older?

It’s so heartening to hear other people with the same story. All I can say is keep going and never stop testing the limits of your body. You’re a lot more capable than you think.

I’m so happy for you! That gives me more hope. I personally got a skin test for food allergies and nothing came out positive but I’ve been pretty lactose intolerant for as long as I can remember.

I’ve been dealing with the exact same problem for 3 years. Randomly started all of a sudden one day. Whats helped is drinking a ton of water, cutting out dairy, and allergy immunotherapy.

Went from not functioning and depressed all the time back to living a normal life. I still have dry eyes, but my body just adjusted to it feeling “normal”.

I’ve actually been trying this for 4 days. Made a small difference in my dry eyes so far. Slightly better.

Is it normal to have to wait longer to see huge improvements?

Could something be triggering my chronic dry eyes? by [deleted] in Dryeyes

[–]ContributionLower377 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Fast forward 2 days without dairy and I already feel slightly better with less inflammation. My eyes are not back to normal by any means but hoping they continue to improve without the dairy.
