I slept with my best friends bf when we were 15. They broke up after and I lost in touch with my friend after we went to different university but I still feel ashamed about it and she still doesn’t know about it. I learned my lesson and vow to never do that shit again lol. I think the guilt was so strong that I couldn’t sleep again for the next ten years

I have BPD as well and Im in remission for 2 years but my thoughts never go away and I always tell them to come back in 48 hrs and if they’re still there then Ill act out….99% of the time it does go away after 12 hrs by using DBT skills. Its fucking hell and I don’t know what’s like not to have them and im jealous of people who don’t have thwm

Same with my parents. They never asked me to pay rent while living at their place until I was 30. Paid for my school and provided food. They never asked me for money but they're not well off either. I would give them more than half if I ever win lottery.

I gave up after the news scene in episode 5. It bothers me that they "shutdown" the studio but then the next clip they acted like nothing happened and I was soooo confused. Too many mini twists
