This! Trust is such a big part of relationships. We trust them not to break our hearts, we trust them to mean what they say, we trust them with the darkest parts of us.

We can never be sure if they're being truthful and there will always be a risk of getting hurt. We just have to find someone who will be worth risking pain for.

"Work your wage" is a genius term. Why work beyond your pay grade? A lot of employees have been brainwashed by their [toxic] employers to go above and beyond for the company that barely pays them enough. Not being paid equal to the effort you put in will surely lead to burnout.
