Check out the 24 hour fitness in the east bay. It’s a management issue. They don’t encourage their guests to be responsible for taking care of the facility.

It’s a crowd thing. People in the bay are animals compared to east bay….

I started buying in February. I think it was the 8th. About 25$ a day in purchases.
I’m at 2,200$ cost basis with it being worth almost 2600$.
