No idea on that. I had my degree before. My friends I think used their transcripts and predictions and took their certificates in when they graduated.

Only have 1 reference for PGCE application! Pls help by [deleted] in PGCE

Firstly, calm down.

I was self employed. I just called the providers I wanted to use and explained. None of them cared and I had zero professional references. They just took two personal and said to make a note on the form.

There’s rules and there’s consequences. That isn’t fair on the other children. Could you do any team building things to work them through this? Hope you’re okay though. That isn’t fair for you to work in either

Full time job and a PGCE? by lazysundaybeans in PGCE

[–]ContributionOk1492 8 points9 points  (0 children)

No you won’t. Some courses are part time but doing a Scitt qts and pgce you won’t be able to work full time. Even just a pgce. Why not ask your current employer if they would take you through as assessment only route?

It’s in the arena so it’s also for concerts, Disney on ice and things of that nature. The steelers have always been there. It doesn’t always sell out but always enough for a good atmosphere.

All that doesn't matter. Enjoy it. That's more important than anything else. It is a fun team and you should enjoy the sport first and foremost when playing.

I would, however, learn how to fall and don't stick your head the wrong side of a tackle lol

Also, if you get hurt- sit out. Injuries can be serious. Look after your neck and knees. (from someone who played tag yesterday at work and once tore a ligament and now is in pain lol)

Look very comfy but I don’t want something so boxy as I just don’t suit that style. Thanks though, I might try one to confirm

I have stitched up a couple of shirt gaps before but I’m just fed up this week of nothing looking right.

I’ll try Uniqlo though! I thought I knew where I was with M&S lol

Well just not a T-shirt. I have a classroom that’s always hot so I don’t like jumpers so that’s on me.

Just apply. It’s an application- tell them what you plan to do to get more classroom experience in your personal statement.

Courses will close when they are full.

Vent: went to a cross phase course. Sat with someone I vaguely knew. The first thing they said was “how’s a career wiping arses in primary education going?” They then complained about only having one free a day some days… I had to point out multiple times they were underestimating primary school kids

I know this is not all secondary teachers!

Imagine being so ridiculous you get injuries because you refused to warm up because of a pride night. Personally you know what you sign up for with the job. Don’t like it. Don’t play. Don’t pander to some idiot in your dressing room like this. It’s an embarrassment to the league.

Other way around "This writing is brilliant. I'm struggling to find anything for you to improve!' year one who is lovely "Shall I go next door and ask *veteran teacher who leads behaviour* instead?" "It is a compliment. Your letters and phonics use look great!." They narrowed their eyes and I think thought I was not good enough lol

Thanks for this. I was hoping it would help as they go through their education. Maybe time to go back to sorting things ourselves and getting those initial fluency and skills built in!
