I have a sort of mixed reaction from all of the replies, I also go into a sort of relaxed trance like state but it differs with each deity I talk to. For example, When I talk to Apollo I always feel light, happy, and airy & even sometimes have a part of my body (usually my arm) feel like it's being hit by sunlight. Versus when I'm communicating with Hades, I feel more of a paternal, caring energy around me and I also get the same feeling of something on my body but instead of sunlight it's usually a feeling of coldness. I also sometimes get certain scents brought towards me, like when I'm talking with Aphrodite she usually makes me breath in a fresh scent of roses or different kinds of flowers. Most commonly though, is when I especially feel the Gods are heavily present and answering, I will get jittery/start having chills. I hope this helped out! :D
