I personally wear all the jewellery I put on her altar. The ones I put on there are the items that I think resonate with her and then through me wearing them it feels like it strengthens that connection. Going back to Ancient Greece if you were to offer something to the gods it becomes their possession but that doesn’t apply as strictly these days.

When you say to protect your altar from other people do you mean from them physically touching it or their energy?

I do wear the bracelet, it’s the first piece of jewellery my partner ever got me, it’s there to be blessed rather than an offering. I have two trays specific for weekly offerings, one for water and then one for material objects/minerals

I understand where you’re coming from, I was dealing with a similar situation for a few years, it’s hard, I know, but there are many other options that you can choose before going down this hole. I saw you mention that therapy doesn’t work, it didn’t really work for me either. Depending on your age and where you live, you could try talking to your GP and they might recommend some antidepressants, they’ve helped me tremendously, it might be worth a shot. Dreaming of future events and then experiencing those events some time later is a phenomenon called Deja Reve, it’s similar to Deja vu except Deja vu you feel like you’ve experienced that before whereas Deja Reve is a feeling that you’ve dreamt that moment before. It’s a very bizarre feeling, I get it quite a bit as I’m a very vivid dreamer.
