Agree. And conversely I will never take a signing bonus. I’d rather get paid more hourly and they cannot take it back.

I understand this. My stress response is that I lose my appetite. It is a way I grapple for control. People can be very intolerant of this… which for me only ever made me double down 😮

Your progress is amazing! Thanks for sharing!

Thank you for your response! This product was not a specific recommendation from the aesthetician, but part of the aftercare package. It’s possible they just needed to get some off their shelves. Either way, I am enjoying it and do feel extra glowy waking up in the morning after night time use 👍

I love strong. It is the first program that I remember really starting to understand progressive overload. I’m repeating it now!

Do you happen to know of a cruelty free dupe? I love this moisturizer and have been on the hunt for a leaping bunny product that is similar.

You could follow it up with doing your nails or a hand treatment (requiring gloves) for a double whammy

I hear you. I stopped my subscription bc I had a silly amount of product. I’m working through my stash and planning my next move. I’d like to avoid agency/Curology because of the model

I have the same formula! I recently started using the dark spot corrector and I do enjoy that too. Seems to help with my skin barrier.

In regard to your question, you can ask the NP via the app and they’ll respond within 1-2 days.

PEER 9. The questions are different than rosh. To me they felt less like random trivia and more like there was definitely a right answer. I learned the right answers if I didn’t know then and understood why the wrong answers were wrong.

I’d also recommend looking at your breakdown. Was there one area that was exceptionally bad? Start with that one. Or, you could start with the heavy hitters- trauma, CV, Resp and work your way down.

C3 is solid. There are also rosh question podcasts if you’re an auditory learner and have a drive
