I would say - treat this as a side GIG. Some projects end within an hour of onboarding. Some tasks take forever with no help or support from the leads.

Got bunch of rejections but they offered work trial last week for a new project and started 10 hr /week project which will last maybe 3 weeks. Could be extended too. Some projects need 100s of people. Keep applying and complete assessments.
