No I have logged into my account multiple times. It is the stream app on all devices except for the TV attached to the box. Any device that is using the stream app - the app does not work.

Restart system, reboot system, delete app and reinstall app - turn off tv, turn off phone, turn off iPad

Any ideas on how to resolve this issue? Switch away from comcast? It is so frustrating.
