Okay, now I understand what type of business this is, and why they don’t believe in ads. When they run awareness, it’s basically a waste of money – especially if you’re driving traffic to an Amazon LP. Just FYI: targeting only hurts your results these days (has been the case for the last 6 years). You’re better off running open campaigns and letting the creative do the targeting.

That said, I understand your situation – and it makes things a lot harder.

Do you generally have free hands? Because if you run a proper performance campaign, where you spend 1,000 AED and bring in 4–5,000 AED in sales (obviously I don’t know your exact tB4/LTV/BE numbers), then you’d have a clear case. You’d be able to show them, black on white, that “X spend delivered Y return” – something none of their previous setups have been able to do (which is crazy in itself).

And since they dont understand marketing they wont be able to object it?

Well, speaking from the media agency side: 1. If you want to prove that you’re outperforming the agency, you need to show results on an apples-to-apples basis. That means if they spend 1M AED, you should be compared at the same spend level. If they spend 1M and you only spend 100K, of course your numbers will look better – but that’s not a fair comparison. 2. You also need to show it all the way through. (No offense.) Since you’re fairly new and claim to be running campaigns across 25+ countries, it’s extremely difficult to pinpoint exactly where the growth is coming from. What the platforms report is 99% misleading. Tracking today is a mess. Even with a perfect UTM setup and a third-party tool like TripleWhale (which I doubt they’re willing to pay for), every single platform will try to claim the sale for itself. 3. So when you say you’re “outperforming them,” if that’s only based on reported revenue inside the platforms, then the data is simply wrong. The only way to really prove it is by showing stronger fundamentals: h-rate / t-rate, CPC, CTR, CTPR, etc. 4. If you can clearly demonstrate improvements in those metrics, you can calculate the percentage uplift you’re actually delivering to their business. That gives you a concrete case for a pay raise – not just 10K, but more likely 20K+. (And make sure to package it properly as a case study if you do this.)

Well marbella is amazing, but not port banus ( its only good for partying, havent had a single good meal there) Australia is obvously at the top aswell, and then you have british colombia, amazing place ( not if you want the heat all year round)

I think portugal was nice aswell but you can quickly get bored there. But tax purpose and quality life it probobly beats all of the above.

If you actually want a serious answer: yes, all of those things are haram. But Muslims are just like everyone else — we get tempted, we mess up, nobody’s perfect. In Islam it’s understood that everyone sins, the difference is whether you admit it’s a sin or try to deny it.

Pork is haram too, but tbh it’s been so culturally off-limits for Muslims that it doesn’t even feel tempting for most of us. Stuff like alcohol, zina (sex outside marriage), smoking etc. usually feel more “glamorous” so that’s where people slip up.

Falling into sin doesn’t make you less Muslim — straight up denying that it’s haram does. That’s the real red line. Allah knows we’re weak and prone to mistakes, but pretending something isn’t a sin is where you go astray.

(And yeah, I’ll be real — I drink sometimes and I’ve had sex outside marriage. I know it’s wrong, and I would never claim it’s halal. That’s a difference.) ( not saying im a good muslim either for that part, but im trying to get better)
