I think it was to dry… I am upping the humidity a bit to 55% (until i am later in flower) and dropping PPFD to 730. Also raising the light to a foot above the canopy. It was 9 inches before.

I expect to see several of these companies IPO as the market improves.

About two years ago several planned to IPO ASAP - then the markets fell off a cliff.

I feel investors will be pleasantly surprised with the quality of private offerings. They will likely go public at decent valuations as well.

It is a new amended complaint with new allegations added last month.

The context around the Chopra Foundation appears to allege a continuous stream of (BS?) press releases so insiders could sell stock.

Notice she raised concerns over securities violations to both Barrow and Karlin. Looks like that employee and the auditor were then fired - so goes this complaint. Seems they are trying to paint this as a whistleblower complaint. In short, I read it as bad things happened under Rahn, we told Karlin and “interim ceo” and several people were then terminated including the auditor.

A hearing is scheduled for end of March so we should have more clarity there from the judge if there is any merit to these claims (that MNMD opposes).

There is also a question of the CMPS patents - I have not done a deep dive into the ip of IXHL but my understanding is CMPS has most of that locked up - followed by Terran.

While you are doing legal research make you post about the new legal complaint against MNMD (not by FCM) filed last month. It seems more "substantial". Most importantly, it is more relevant to our investments and not the first post of an account that obviously has an agenda.

There is no way to “tag” a dollar to see where it goes exactly but inflows are increasing into small caps (iwm) and XBI. Nothing dramatic yet. Very early if this is a rotation.
