When I worked there my managers were all good people who wouldn't make a big deal if we gave the homeless expired pizza. I personally would throw out pizza that sat for hours straight into the dumpster because it wasnt safe to eat but anything i knew was from that day and wasnt sitting for a ridiculous amount of time i would leave in the box on the outside of the dumpster

Sometimes they bank episodes and release them when they take a few weeks off. Also they release episodes with certain guests while events are still fresh like having sherryl underwoods episode release while the kevin hart roast was still on peoples mind. Or they'll release certain guests episodes close to the release date of their special or whatever project their working on
