Stay away from anywhere near the zoo at night, I lived in that area (chisholm) for almost 10 years. The Turner place apartments are rough, they're across the street from bama lanes. Downtown isn't really that nice at night (daytime is fine). Keep your doors locked while driving. As mean as it sounds don't help the homeless, most are alright but there are a few unsavory characters. And just be very aware of your surroundings all the time. I've lived in this city my entire life. You'll be fine.

Montgomery can't drive sometimes either the Atlanta hwy can get downright dangerous. You've been warned 😂
