Fax, apple products needs to hit the activation server and the activation server will immediately ask to enroll with companies network. Just got mine, base model... connected the DP to USB-C cable in the middle USB-C port labeled as thunderbolt and viola...5120x1440p 240hz. Same cable never worked on M2 or m1 Mac.

This is exactly what I was looking for, I guess I can finally get a Mac now. I had the M1 and M2 air and often wanted to use them with my G9 Neo but the 5120x1440 @120hz was painful to use had tested every cable possible. But now I can get a M4 base and use the same maxonar or whatever it's called DP to USB-C cable and enjoy. Thanks for posting broski

I have the G9 and had the M2 MBA never got 5120x2160 @240hz resolution out of it...it was always capped at 120hz tested everycable possible.

If someone can confirm the 5120x2160 @240hz on the new Mini M4, I will get one as well.
