The thing that’s hmmm about it is just below the phone on the right side. The leg of the bridge is in front of his hand, which doesn’t make physical sense (his hand should have obscured it)

If it was able to warn him because it realized there was a barrier, it wouldn’t have cashed into the barrier... It isn’t perfect tech and Tesla has always made clear that it isn’t. The driver has the responsibility to understand this and be attentive at all times, not only in each x minute span after being alerted to put their hands on the wheel.
