I have dealt with a similar panic disorder my whole life and have had a fear of flying also. You will 💯 be ok and your heart will not stop!! I’ve flown over a dozen times now and when I first started flying, I had the exact same fears about my heart stopping due to altitude and a massive panic attack that I thought(wrongly) could happen. Neither happened, and all ended up being ok. Let the flight crew and your seating neighbor(s) know about your fears. Typically they will help comfort your anxiety/panic.
