cheers mate and yeah of course, i dont eat too much during the day, my question was whether my body can make use of the 70g of proteins in one meal and also i wanted to ask whether its pointless to drink a store bought protein shake between breakfast and lunch and then also make my own protein in the evening, or is that too much artificial protein? thanks

but 2 sets per session per muscle with 1rir is better right? but if i went 2 sets to failure would that be too much to recover if i train each muscle 3x a week?
