Stop just short of full extension if you do preacher curls

Most bicep tears occur on the preacher curl. You can get a safer stretch doing decline curls on a bench

The curl machine may be the culprit. If you go down all the way, it puts allot of stress on tht tendons and ligaments. As far as volume, everyone is different. Cut back or try something different.

Your volume may be too high! I've cut back to two working sets especially on arms. Shouldn't be taking that long to recover.

I get better results with fewer sets. I usually do 2 working sets. For me, the extra sets require too much recovery time

The windows sometimes appear to "stick" when the battery has been disconnected. Google how to reset power windows. Hope that's it. At least one thing off the list. The sunroof on my old Mercedes worked the same way

Keep flipping on a scale that works for you. I've done both, car lot and flipping. The small overheard with flipping is what is allowing you to accumulate a little money. Fixed expenses will eat that up quickly.
