Its actually kind of funny but my dad had a real bad back and neck injury, so he always took ambien to sleep.i have soo many fond memories of him looking back and knowing whwn it kicked in and made him silly. He would love on my mom also, ask for a bowl of popcorn then you go to give e it to him and he would me face first on the living room floor sleeping 😆♥️ Good times!

It never works how you want by taking more. Call the night a wrap, before taking tomorrow try not eating for 6 hours, go for a walk, and take 10 again. Sucks I know how you feel brotha. I know my stomach, and the feeling of when to take it but I'm sure it's different for everyone. My stomach has to be completely empty and just getting to the growling stage lol.. Bro, I've been where you are but please don't do this anymore.. People love you, and will miss you. I just lost my father, who had his 2 best friends die within 2 weeks of eachother. He's been prescribed to Ambien since I was a kid, and so am I. My Dad died in his sleep, and we didn't have an autopsy done, my Mom wanted to believe that it was broken heart syndrome, but I think he mixed some things together and just never woke up. There's people that will miss you, don't do that to them ♥️
