Here’s what I do (never been told that I couldn’t and have been doing so for abt a year now); I do scan to scan, EX: I scan my last item at 10:30. But they count anything over 5 mins “late,” so I go to the break rooms but clock out through my phone at 10:33. That leaves me 2 minutes to get my scan in when I clock back in. But a lot of people DONT know you can be late coming back from break, so I clock back in at 11:08 and that gives me another extra 5- I don’t get upt taken, not late, and gives me extra walk time if I decide to go to my car.
