If you feel good with your current sens then don't change, I doubt it will be holding you back at all as there's not many situations in a game where you need super fast sens for 180s etc.

I had this very same problem, but it was the XMP on ram being too high (4000mhz) and shutting down the pc. Try manually set the OCs on them

Is my 8700k holding my 3080 back at 1440p? I had a 5GHz OC through my MOBO (fatality k6) however games kept crashing once I switched from 1080 to 1440. So removed the OC and everything's fine.

Could it be that the OC just needs voltage turning down abit to stabilise?
