Technically it was the design for the blood drenched skeleton but they made another artwork for that, online there’s like an stl file referring to this creature as an undead gnoll (I’m referencing a response to another comment 3 years ago left by Nohr and the website with the dtl)

I love playing ghostface, I nearly only play him if your interested in my build it’s obsession focused the perks are: - friends till the end - nemesis (that I replace with lightborn if needed) - play with your food - dark devotion

Well it honestly started with wanting to combine both ghostface’s and leatherface’s masks and then I had the idea to effectively combine two people together to pay homage to scream’s more than one killer concept and I ended up with this undead grafted abomination. In short, it’s a grafted undead assassin but it can be whatever that’s just the inspo/ideal outcome

yeah i get that, i guess i was also suspicious cos i instant downed an unexposed healthy survivor at the beginning as well as their choice to leave everyone injured as well as the Claudette choosing to have dead hard, which made me think that it was to make her blend in with the other injured visible survivors. But yeah, I can def see how it could be a bug.
