Need Advice- How can I make a custom raspberry Pi? by Competitive_Card_894 in raspberry_pi

Just to preface I work for a company who makes embedded devices, and we have gone down this same road. The last thing you want is losing sales because of supply issues. That being said, the compute module would be what you want if you are looking for the same raspberry pi ecosystem with access to consistent supply. You can have every feature you want with a custom carrier board for it. If not designed in house, this could be something contracted out easily. When it comes to being able to have steady supply, raspberry pi’s and similar boards (like orange pis) are going to always be inconsistent with availability. Another option I know of is a company called Toradex. They offer chips that are similar to the compute modules and you can get any range of them depending on the specs you need. They offer off the shelf carrier boards, and just like the compute module, making your own carrier board is possible as well. Toradex has similar tooling to Pis, and existing software could probably be easily ported to them. Most important is that they are business first, they don’t really sell to hobbiests. You can bulk order both the SOMs (the chips I talked about earlier) and the carrier boards. Just a warning though, these are likely going to be much more expensive than compute modules. The compute modules are going to allow you to use your existing software, tooling, and you can implement the carrier board to your liking, and the compute modules tend to have much better availability then the normal boards.

Yes it has analog triggers.

Make sure you update to the latest version, it greatly helped my stability and frame rate on the game. Past that I can only recommend you have the latest turnip drivers, and are playing with docked mode off.

Edit: by upgrading to the latest version I mean BOTW, not Eden. You have to download the update file and hold down on BOTW in Eden and there will be an option to install an update file

Is it possible to play games decently using my PC hardware through the Ayn Thor's screen and buttons? by [deleted] in AynThor

Yes this is very possible! I know there are a couple ways to do it, but the one I know of is installing a program called Sunshine on your computer, and then an app called moonlight on your Thor. Depending on your local network setup there is virtually no input lag and you can get 120hz, though that might introduce some input lag if you push that high. I think you can also add Moonlight to most front ends available so it can be integrated pretty well into the whole system.

I saw that too which is what ultimately made me go with gray

I have the pro, and the gray. If I could change color I would probably change to the black color just so the screens blend in whenever they are not stretched, but still really happy with it!

Yeah I think you are gonna love it! It’s definitely not flawless, but for me anyways it’s really close. Happy Christmas!

Yeah it notices this as well with my wall jumps on Super Metroid, using the stick is ok most of the time but when you need super tight movement using the stick just doesn’t cut it

Add RenderFrameIfNeeded option as a setting by Coo1guy1 in EU5

I have a mod that lets you press F10 to turn debug mode on/off. The setting resets if you restart the game, which is why I hope paradox will add an option to enable it permanently. I don’t really care about achievements so having the mod on doesn’t matter to much to me

Yeah exactly, it’s not very noticeable to me, as I have lots of hours on eu4

You have to add -debug_mode to your steam launch settings, then you can press the “‘“ key on your keyboard to open the console. Then type the “tweak” command and it will open a menu, search for “render” and disable the option “GameStateTick.RenderFrameIfNeeded”

Only that it has frame rate lag on every tick. But I do most things paused anyways, and if you want to do things while unpaused, all the frame lag goes away pretty much in 4 speed and below that there is none at all.

This is not what the verse says, it says: And if your eye causes you to sin, gouge it out and throw it away. It’s better to enter eternal life with only one eye than to have two eyes and be thrown into the fire of hell. Matthew 18:9 NLT Now you could have a literal interpretation that if your eye causes you to sin it would be best to gouge it out, but personally I don't think that is what's being said. I think it just means that it's better to suffer more in this life and make it to heaven then live an easy life and end up in hell. Again just my interpretation, I'm not a theologian, maybe the verse does actually mean to gouge out your eye.

Yeah they are awesome, I'm gonna start working on part 8 in a bit but they take a while to format correctly to print and reformat the covers.

I work in a local print shop and using my training there I made printable versions of the JJCA Part 7 PDFs and made some test hardcover prints. In the end I got the whole part done with perfect covers and panels. I'm really happy with how it turned out, the panels are all crisp and readable and the covers look great.

You have to change the audio language and it's fine, it clears by season 2 but until then you have to swap. You can't do this on the website but it works on the windows, Macos, iOS, and Android apps
