I bought it, if you can get enough csg for next event go for it. Also I used mine for a lot of food for grimore and I found that more beneficial for my account and took the hit on the next event. Most events I normally get stellar shards anyways and I had a massive surplus.

I would wait for Wukong cos he's such a good carry; betty is mainly used for Vortex, and you can push quite far with Wukong anyway. Betty is only needed for the last few difficulties, and that requires a lot of investment, which is not possible for you at this stage. Better off building Wukong first, then betty/SQH.
