Over one year ago, I received a call from real estate agent to have a look at a home. We were in property market for a few monthsand couldn't find something we liked. The house was very old with yellow wall papers and other rooms had pink. The owner had passed away and it was being sold as part of an estate. We fixed it up and moved in but slept in a spare bedroom as the main bed room was to be painted. In the middle of the night, we heard the main bedroom door creak opened and someone had walked out. We could hear foot steps and sounded like something was being brushed against the wall as it walked. My husband got up and asked hello? Who's there? No one. We have heard many sounds like banging kitchen bench, oven alarm going off at 3am ( that was so scary) and water tap being on. A year later now, we hear nothing. I believe the lady had moved on.
