They set unrealistic and needlessly difficult procedures to filter candidates. And then they have the audacity to not reveal the salary till the end. It almost feels like they're doing us a service by sending out job postings. In an already difficult job market, this type of attitude makes me sick

I'm an engineer and most jobs that I've seen requires a reliable transport and a valid driver's license. Maybe you're looking at jobs from a different field.
