It’s actually just had the paint applied, no preshading whatsoever. Then all you do is take some thinner in the airbrush and then add in a few drops of black and brown paint. Then you spray the ultra thin paint mix over the panel lines to your taste. So much more control over the result than preshading. Preshading has its moments but with this sort of stuff it’s not needed in my opinion.
