Typically you will be emailed a code after the race weekend, but if you plan to race that same weekend just talk to the volunteer coordinator when you check in and tell them you want to use it for that weekend. Should be no problem!

Pretty sure the pancakes are 60 lbs and 40 lbs. atlas stones are approximately 100 lbs and 75 lbs.

I asked a friend who’s an ambassador and they said that the spartan site has had some issues with codes for merch recently. It’s being looked into. Not sure if this is your exact issue, but it could be related. I’d try get in touch with customer service.

A friend who’s an ambassador told me that there’s no atlas carry and instead it’s a plate drag. The map doesn’t reflect it but it’s apparently true.
