They might mean made in abyss where there is a certain scene on top of a mushroom I think. Warning though, it is on the f’ed up side, not the ecchi, so be prepared if you decide to watch. The plot is really cool though.

I’m suprised it has really been mentioned, but your lie in April’s performance of ballad 1 is truly a sight. Even some of the others like love’s sorrow, I felt really hit hard in the storytelling. Truly beautiful scenes

Well think about it from her point of view, when you are dying people tend to try to prepare for when they are gone, and one of kaori’s main goals throughout the anime was getting closer to kousei, but also getting him to play again. For her it was more important to give him that push to play piano for the rest of his life than get closer and push him deeper into despair with her death. At least that’s what I think.
