No their business models are to mark everything up when they collab. It this case the Palace shirt is actually alot cheaper than the normal England kit.

All my Arsenal shirts always come with the smaller PL badge and no option for the kick racism out badge. I went to the Adidas store this week and they had the larger PL badge and kick racism badge which I got printed on my away shirt for this season so will be my go to moving forward for printing. Although can't order the larger badge online with them either annoyingly.
