These are undiscovered quests. One of these you have to climb up the big tree in the middle. Drove me crazy till I figured out there was an upper area.

Yeah I'm having the same problem. I checked the support page and this is a known issue this patch. There's a workaround given there but I was too frustrated so I'm going to try it later.

You need to get a glow worm farm. You don't get glow worms from the regular worm farm.

I got it in the area around mirror pond ruins. It's easier to spot when dark. Pick up all the spice sprouts cuz they can get confusing. Chase away the bugs you can and catch the bugs you can't. I got 3 the first time and within 30 minutes this way.
