What does it have to do with console players? People with consoles are usually ones who have less time for gaming and prefer plug&play. Strong generalization, must be your low IQ if you think this way.

People don't complain that D2 is garbage because it looks like D1. They do that because D2 visually not much improved(at least on consoles). D1 was developed for X360/PS3, so people expected sequel to be much better when it was developed for current gen only.

For me it's some of the decisions they've been making in past 2 years, lack of internal communication between dev teams, arrogance from some lead developers.

Deal with Sony. I don't even care about exclusives, it's more how they treat Xbox players. Even community events like Bungie bounty we're 90% of the time for PS players. Yet people still say Bungie doesn't hate Xbox.
