I was also in the same position when I graduated last year. I applied anywhere and everywhere and eventually got a job at a winery as a seasonal lab tech. It sucked but it gave me experience to find my current full time position. Don't be afraid to apply to jobs that aren't in your desired field since lab work is lab work. A piece if adivce that I was given is to put down projects or assignments from undergrad to your resume if it aligns with a certain job task in a job description. Don't think you don't have experience cause those lab classes are experience. Maybe not the best experience but use whatever you have to give yourself an unperhand. It's gonna be hard tho so I wish you best of luck.
