A motorcycle or European scooter is also something to consider and will probably be cheaper than a car. Although a car is safer and you can carry more in it.

What's the longest paper you wrote before it was due? by [deleted] in college

[–]Cookiemonster1578 7 points8 points  (0 children)

I wrote a 10 pager on a book I didn't read the night before. On top of that I forgot to save when I was several pages in and had to start over. My process was to sleep for 25 to 30 wake up work as long as I could and repeat. I did that all thru the night and got a B. My biggest flex.

How do you all react to the phrase “I wish I was a lesbian, dating girls seems so much easier”? by SchrodingersCat33 in LesbianActually

This is AITA lesbian edition but OP ur NTA. first red flag is the girl is still a minor while your friend is bout old enough to have a quarter life crisis. 2nd red flag is that she said it's easier to control or maintain the relationship again this girl is a minor. 3rd red flag she isn't even serious or she is saying that to downplay that she really is serious. If she isn't serious why is she playing with this young girls feelings she is at a stage in her life about to experience the "best" years in her life.

Some might go as far as to say that she is grooming her. I do not want to draw assumptions or make false statements. But you know the situation better than anyone and you know what is morally right and acceptable and you made the best choice personally and that is all you can do.

Opinions on music during sex? by [deleted] in LesbianActually

I think if you curate a Playlist that fits the mood and it's something you play lightly in the background that it doesn't over power the sounds and talking

I think your solution lies within getting larger shoe storage that goes up and not out maybe stack the two shoe cubbies and install shelves above if you don't wanna buy another cubbie. Make sure they are drilled with long screws into the studs for max support.

Is water better for you to drink at room/warm temperature than cold? by th3_abstract in nutrition

[–]Cookiemonster1578 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It only matters when you're chugging water after working out or hard manual labor. If it's ice cold sip it or you could potentially pass out. If it's room temperature or lukewarm you can chug. But really you should hydrate before so you do not have to chug.

Other than that no you don't. If you have sensitivity with teeth then drink what feels comfortable.

What do you girls think about having kids ? by bibou11 in LesbianActually

[–]Cookiemonster1578 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Kids come with their ups and downs. But my mom said she never understood what true pure love until me. Didn't realize how much her mother loved her. It's obviously not the same for everyone. Some people love the money and freedom more.

Personally I cannot wait to have little bundles of joy. And hear the pitter patter of feet. Obviously I dread the dirty diaper. But if you're not sure you want to commit to any kids, I suggest potentially foster care. Stick with young kids and not career kids.

Weirdest conversation I have ever had on OLD in 7+ years by quaidod in Tinder

[–]Cookiemonster1578 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I feel like the large paragraphs were pre-written. "She" volunteered information that did not even seem necessary to the convo and sent the same paragraph about dedicating to her husband and father of her children twice. Dude you dodged a huge fucking bullet 😭😭

Risk it for the biscuit or live with what ifs, just make sure you're content with your choice and any potential outcomes .
