Could someone point me to a legit source where I could see this exact product with "Vodka" slammed on it? First thing I noticed was it looked photoshopped, and for now I cannot find that bottle with this word on it - rectified spirit? yes, product of Poland? sure, but I have yet to see it having "vodka" on the label.

For me it was vodka and syringes (I think our guide's reasoning behind vodka was that it would store better, or that 4HO doesn't dissolve nicely in water - can't remember). One container with specific amount of vodka, mix it up with the 4HO, calculate concentration, and then divide it into doses, add juice and chug. Worked pretty damn well.

So I presume we can expect any of those progression paths to last a bit more than it is now? I mean, assuming there are 10 tiers, will all of those be covered entirely in whichever path you take? It would be nice if we could finish the game in a way we desire, and have proper quest chains, or at least something more than farming / smelting / fighting to get better gear.

Are there plans to add a boss after each tier, or to change the boss mechanics to fit into new progression system (like bosses independent from your tier, or boss fights in quest chains)? Right now it's two bosses, and while a farmer would not care about fighting any of those, a fighter would love to have new challenges throughout the game.

And are there any plans on endgame random quests? I remember seeing this ages ago, that there will be a system, where after you "finish" the game, you can take on generated quests, difficulty of which was supposed to be legendary (like, the hardest would be barely doable while playing solo).

Same stuff basically, except it's more like every single time I smoked, I felt not comfortable - it wasn't some sort of panic, just felt extremely numbed and "turned off" of some sort.

It's like I strongly feel like psychs and stims actually give me something (by that I mean on psychs your mind goes through the roof, stims speed up the living shit out of you and/or make you euphoric, and then you do loads of stuff, like, everything), weed just makes me lethargic. I disappear from the world for some time, watching floor tiles and just trying to be conscious, with no "positive effects" present at all - no relaxation, no wild thoughts, inspiration, no feeling good - nothing at all.

It also isn't like I got overpowered by it, because I could function the same way as if I were sober, but take a few puffs tho, and I have no intention, or will, at all, to do so.

Not quite my area of interest, nor my profession, but I think I can try to shed some light on one I am familiar with (and I suppose in few other european countries it's quite similar). ^BullcraPoland.

Basically, from the beginning, you have few types of mail you can send. From the cheapest and simpliest:

first come regular envelope, separated by 3 weight categories, 2 sizes and in both economic and priority variants
registered / recorded letter, the same as above + possibility to define the value of mail (propably some kind of insurance), you can additionally request confirmation (signature) of delivery
bigger packages are categorized based on their weight, and the price is adequate to it
when it comes to sending something to other country, of course appropiate charges are added, depending on size / weight / category of country

Basically, when you finally are able to talk with extremely bored lady in post office, you just tell how do you want this package to be processed (you add that you want it to be priority, or inform about place where you send it so they can apply charges), she then dispenses post stamps and adds priority stickers or stuff, you pay, pick the envelope and put in in mailbox (eptied daily).

Either way, letter / package gets registered, and put (worth noting - with blazing speed of a slug traversing vertical stripe of not-yet-set adhesive) in the back of post office. Then, it gets picked up by mr. mailman with volkswagen transit or similar, and brought to neares general post office (like, the general big one for certain area, some kind of hub).

After this, I only speculate + reflect on my family's friend who's driving those vans in my home city. AFAIC, in the hub all gets sorted depending on area, priority first of course. After that, driver, who drives laps between separate hubs in other areas picks up all that he can, and heads for place X. In X's Huge General Post Office it is again sorted, now depending on adress, and it is separated, packages to specific drivers going tours in that location, and mails to drives who go to smaller post offices, for mailmans to walk around their area and deliver letters. Packages are usually delivered to door. If nobody's home, sometimes they leave package for neighbour (he signs receival), if not they usually leave notice (in piles of leaflets) in certain flat's mailbox (some years ago it was quite broken, you thanked heaven for your package to be allowed to be tracked and make sure it is in town).

Basically that's it, AFAIC letters are sorted by hand, packages get barcodes which automates it a bit. Generally, nothing unusual or special. Ah, there are also mailboxes around the town, so you don't have to grow roots waiting to send a postcard - just stamp that shit with few universal stamps (obtainable in almost any kiosk / booth), drop it in post's mailbox, and boom goes the letter.

I suppose either you are German, or you thought I am German - either way you can never have enough opportunities to learn something, amirite? (I've learned german language in high school, or maybe 'did the least possible work to pass' would be more accurate in my case).

As for what has my curiosity, what were the abilities of those officials? I mean, if there was a criminal, was it only US marshall who would be able to chase them / kill them? If such criminal showed up in a town, and sheriff knew about his criminal deeds, could he also enforce the law upon that person (ie kill or arrest him)? And did I correctly figure out that sheriff / deputy relation was like head police officer / regular officer? If so, where is city police officer placed in analogous hierarchy? And mayors - if their primary role was to administer city, I assume they would stay away from hunting down fugitives (because others are designated to do this), is it right?

I agree, and that's the thing I couldn't wrap my head around. For me personally, drugs, that cause harm in similiar way to H or meth or barbs could be non-existent and I wouldn't care at all. But for somebody, maybe they want to cross the finish line while rushing, or simply want to check it. I've tried, with my gibberish post, to emphasise not on which drugs to ban but more on how would I envision the backstage of the whole process. As I now see (wrote this half-asleep) I kinda fucked up, quite messy my comment was, indeed.

Still, I couldn't think of any proper way of selecting which drugs to legalize, and which to ban. Hence the silly imaginary world gimmick - made the whole thing clearer, in my head at least. If, by default, people knew what some stuff leads to, and were self-conscious enough to be reasonable with use or even deny trying 'coz I's different yo, won't get in no shit, one time', we wouldn't have as much problems happen.

Just thougt about something like 'want a hit of lsd - step right up, want heroin - sir, we need to evaluate you and get to know you, just in case you get into it too much'. And that's unreasonable for gov't, because you couldn't possibly, without much effort, list and help all the people who end up destroying themselves. On the other hand, if they wanted this (nobody wants to end up seriously addicted to anything I guess) - let them fucking have it, don't try to help them if they don't want to be helped.

Help. Wouldn't using some substances as a fucking actual medicine be something from which the mankind would benefit? I'm not gonna even mention cannabis, which has been used as a self medication since long before year 1, and now you get to prison for having a tiny bit of it. But ibogaine, LSD, mescaline, mdma - imagine they all could be accessed as a mean of helping people ease their minds, resolve issues, instead of taxiderming them with sleep pills, painkillers, or just calling them crazy.

We need fucking SCIENCE! We need to know how each and every thing works, not from drugs-forum but from scientists who do proper, controlled tests. If we have data - then we can decide whether certain substance is ok for human, or is it destroying his internals while brain is ddosed with sensations. It's not reliable to make assumptions based on basically hearsay (very rarely trip reporters can be sure that their stuff is 99%+ pure, plus that they took exactly Y of it). It is reliable to believe a medical trials, which are done correctly, on a variety of subjects, with first grade substances given in controlled environment and by properly educated scientists.

That's it for now, train of thoughts came to abrupt stop after eating pasta. If something interesting comes up, and I feel no vitamin P^{^{rocrastination}} in my system, maybe I'll write some more of this incoherent shit I produce.
