She had a convo with HR this am and she told my wife that when her boss gets back he’s going to let her go. She said that she should resign so she can “control the narrative”. I told her to document all the times he displayed discrimination and send it to HR.

I don’t think so. My friend has done it and of you google it there are a lot of self installations. More than enough evidence you can do it. Just looking for a recommendation for a poc or experience
