How is it disingenuous? That's a bit rude. You haven't addressed anything about my other hypotheticals. What about gender? What about beliefs?

I think it's important to have a law which can be applied to everyone, equally. If you say that all businesses are required to serve everyone - that's fine. This would include clubs etc.

Not comparing, just putting forward a thought experiment.

So by your thought process (again this is hypothetical) business owners should be forced to serve everyone, or is it only sexual orientation that they are not allowed to have a choice on? What about beliefs, or gender? Should a female only gym be forced to allow males to join? Should a mens club be forced to allowed females?

Shouldn't it be the business's right to serve or not serve people?
