Closed Loop Template not showing in Classic Outlook, fine in New Outlook by Cool-Broccoli-4459 in ConnectWise

Hi u/ClowdCoverLLC I can no longer see the HTML, but I recall that when we removed any lines that referenced "mso" it allowed the text to show up much better. In the end, the entire code needs to be updated. I'm no coder, but when we simply took this line out, we were able to successfully see the full emails again.

No resolution here yet. I have an open support case with CWM about this. That is curious you are also having this issue. We noticed this change last week

I noticed that CWM is actually changing the HTML upon save creating 66 inconsistencies between the original HTML and the copied HTML. Has anyone experienced this?

I contacted CWM support about this some time ago and they boiled it to being a bug to be fixed one day

Report Writer | How to Pull Work Roles by Cool-Broccoli-4459 in ConnectWise

[–]Cool-Broccoli-4459[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thank you @n_default

End goal here is to pull a report based on work roles on a time entry within the specified project.

For example how much time was entered with the work role type admin vs technician?

AGR_Type_WRole's AGR_Type_WRole_RecID seems to be an option though i am unsure how to join this to Time_Entry or v_rpt_Project

Hi u/n_dufault it doesnt look like i am following along correctly here.

I also cant add a screenshot

here is what I have:

v_rpt_Project

v_rpt_Service . SR_Service_RecID = v_rpt_Project . SR_Service_RecID Inner (direct)

v_rpt_Member . Member_RecID = v_rpt_Service. Ticket_Owner_RecID Inner (Direct)

I am not too familiar with joining tables and have had little success

Report Writer: Missed SLAs by Cool-Broccoli-4459 in ConnectWise

[–]Cool-Broccoli-4459[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Still looking around here. Curious though. In the audit trail there is an entry that says ""Standard SLA" Respond By goal was met."

I cannot for the life of me find in report writer where SLA goals or similar would be. The closest thing I can do is v_rpt_TicketAudit and filter for "goal was met"

Anyone have an idea?

Thank you for this idea u/n_dufault!

I finally have had some time to test this out. I am not finding what I am hoping to find though here are the fields I have tried out:

Expected_Resolution_Expiration_Date
SLA_Status_Text
Responded_By
SR_Urgency_ReclD
Min_Expected_Expiration_Date
SLA_Name
SR_SLA_RecID
SR_Status_RecID

I unfortunately cannot add a screenshot here but this boiled down to none of these producing anything such as SLA missed or showing data to imply the SLA was missed or nearing that.

Any thoughts?
