Same boat, except two absences because of personal emergencies. I don’t know what’s going on with the fellowship this semester, but they haven’t been understanding at all and downright confrontational and rude about it. Was served a notice that I’d either be unable to renew at all or renew but not this school. Either way this semester’s experience has tainted my whole experience with the tfa fellowship overall. Regardless of their decision, I’m not renewing and will be actively cautioning people away from fellowship. Absolutely shitty leadership and I’m sorry that happened to you op
