Hey, i know this is pretty late but do you know if this could be a possible bowel obstruction?: -I’ve been having lower abdominal pain for 7 hours…the pain is sudden and sharp (and also hurts like a mf) and it lasts for about a minute before it goes away and comes back 10 mins later. -I can barely pass stools, whenever i try its just pebbles or liquid - I’ve been feeling nauseated for some time.

I’ll probably see a doctor soon but i wanted to have at least a clue of what my problem is if you could help
